Ray Leonard

Ray Leonard received a B.S. with Honors in Geoscience from the University of Arizona and an M.A. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin. He has held executive positions with Amoco, YUKOS, MOL, and the Kuwait Energy Company, and later served as Chief Executive Officer of Hyperdynamics, a NYSE-listed independent oil company operating in West Africa. Leonard has published and presented on world oil and gas reserves, climate change, and the Russian energy industry at prominent forums including the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Energy Agency, the 26th World Gas Conference, and the World Economic Forum in Davos.
