Ahmet Pandır

Ahmet Pandır is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience spanning tourism, hospitality, and investment. He is the Founding Partner of PMA Group, a tourism-centric company operating in traveltech, hospitality, consultancy, and AI in travel. Since 2015, he has focused on providing management consulting and investment services, particularly in hospitality and new technologies.

Previously, Ahmet served as Country CEO of FTI Group in Turkey, where he led the Turkish operations of one of Europe’s largest travel companies. In this role, he oversaw 15 hotels and more than 4,000 employees, serving 1.7 million customers and driving significant operational and financial improvements.

His international experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer for Prince Leisure Group in New York, where he led the company’s expansion in the U.S. market. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Analyst at Morningstar Inc., contributing to the launch of its Pan-European operations. There, he managed data for over 10,000 investment funds, enhanced IT processes for data management, and developed partnerships with financial institutions across Europe.

Today, through PMA Group, Ahmet continues to combine his expertise in tourism, technology, and investment to build innovative solutions and services for the global travel and hospitality ecosystem.
