Ron Gualy

Ronald Gualy is a highly accomplished executive with a long track record of creating value and driving strategic, revenue-generating opportunities across the energy, renewables, technology, and engineering sectors. Over the course of his career, he has successfully identified, structured, and executed projects, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and alliances for both large multinational EPC organizations and smaller private companies and startups.

Ron spent most of his career with major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms such as Foster Wheeler and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), as well as with emerging and privately held organizations. In these roles, he focused on identifying, developing, and delivering major projects and growth opportunities. His expertise spans P&L ownership, M&A, business development, sales team leadership, licensing, manufacturing, and executive management.

With extensive international experience, Ron has worked closely with top-level executives around the world and has been directly responsible for business lines covering large geographic regions and key accounts, with a particular emphasis on Asia and Latin America. His deep understanding of technology, technology development, and acquisitions provides a strong foundation for assessing new opportunities, companies, and innovations. He has specific experience in first-of-a-kind technology implementation and commercialization, helping to bring novel solutions from concept to market.

In his most recent roles, Ron has focused on renewable energy projects and sustainability solutions. He has developed and evaluated renewable projects, assessed emerging technologies and strategies, and provided sustainability and ESG consulting. His direct involvement in green hydrogen and ammonia projects, renewable power, and energy storage, as well as his advisory work on net-zero strategies, gives him a distinctive perspective on how organizations can meet decarbonization and ESG objectives.
