These roles helped him develop a keen sense for leadership and strategic thinking. In his role at Straife, Amir focuses on identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, managing projects, and developing strategic plans. Known for his patience and consistency, he strives to add real value to his clients. Amir also works on improving communication and operational processes within the company.
