Ronald Gualy is a highly qualified and experienced executive. Ron spent most of his career with large EPC companies (Foster Wheeler, Kellogg Brown, and Root) as well as for smaller private organizations and startups, identifying, developing, and executing major projects and opportunities. His expertise includes P&L, M&A, business development, sales team management, licensing, manufacturing, and executive management. Ron has extensive international experience with top- level executives worldwide. Throughout his career, Ron has been directly responsible for business lines in large geographical areas of key accounts, with a strong focus on Asia and Latin America. His experience and understanding of technology, technology development, and acquisitions provide a solid base for evaluating new opportunities, companies, and developments. He also has specific knowledge of first-of-a-kind technology implementation and commercialization. In his most recent roles and positions, Ron developed renewable projects and solutions, evaluated technologies and strategies, and provided sustainability consulting. His direct involvement in developing green hydrogen/ammonia projects, renewable power, and energy storage and advising on net zero strategies provides a unique perspective on supporting organizations' decarbonization targets based on current global ESG requirements.
