Ahmet Pandır is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience across various industries, particularly in tourism, hospitality, and investment. As the Founding Partner of PMA Group, he has been instrumental since 2015 in providing management consulting and investment services, particularly in hospitality and new technologies. 

Ahmet has held several significant leadership roles, including Country CEO of FTI Group in Turkey, where he oversaw operations of one of Europe’s largest travel companies, managing 15 hotels and over 4,000 employees. Under his leadership, FTI Turkey served 1.7 million customers and achieved substantial operational and financial improvements.

His global experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer for Prince Leisure Group in New York, where he led the company’s U.S. expansion, and as a Business Analyst at Morningstar INC, where he contributed to launching its Pan-European operations. He managed data for over 10,000 investment funds, improved IT processes for data management, and built partnerships with financial institutions across Europe.

Today, Ahmet leads PMA Group, a tourism-centric company operating in traveltech, hospitality, consultancy, and AI in travel.
